Research experience I have been working on following topics
  • radiation-induced desorption and modification of ionic crystals
  • preparation and investigation of structures of reconstructed surfaces of AIIIBV compounds
  • adsorption of organic molecules on metal, semiconducting and insulating surfaces
  • modification of AIIIBV compound surfaces due to interaction with AFM tip
